Melissa Vance Goodman
Melissa Vance is a Massachusetts based oil painter. She is heavily inspired by The Dutch Golden Age, Baroque, and Rococo still life painters, as well as contemporary artists. She enjoys incorporating heavy realism in combination with fantastic and abstract elements to create unique pieces.
She loves using still lives as a symbolic form of artwork to describe aspects of life and humanity. She enjoys using vibrant colours and thoughtful colour schemes. She has a degree in Visual Arts from BYU and has been active in the art world since 2016. You can follow her on instagram @melissavance_art.
